More than 100 projects were carried out nationwide under the Local National Heritage Utilization Project initiative. After on-site inspections and expert evaluations, only four projects in the Hyanggyo and Seowon utilization category were ultimately selected as outstanding cases. At the awards ceremony held at the Daejeon Jeontong Naraegwan on December 18, Gangjin County, Pyeongtaek City, Boryeong City, and Yeongju City were named as the recipient local governments.

"Form Saeng Form Sa Gangjin Hyanggyo" received positive feedback as an experiential program encompassing all generations, from kindergarteners to adults. Notable programs include tea ceremony experiences that combine Dasan Jeong Yak-yong and tea culture, the Dasan Parent School, humanities lectures and discussion-centered Dasan Salon, and the Dasan Intelligence Program.

In particular, the project was highly praised for its self-developed experiential teaching materials and sustainable operational structure, and was once again selected as a model case for utilizing local national heritage. The "Form" in "Form Saeng Form Sa" stands for "platform," signifying a space for communication that integrates culture, education, and hands-on experiences.

An official from the county office stated, "It is meaningful to be selected as an outstanding project for both 2023 and through 2025," adding, "Even after being inducted into the Hall of Fame, we will continue to support efforts to further enhance the quality of the program."
