AtHome Launches First-Half Recruitment Drive: "Targeting the Global Beauty Market"

Recruitment Process Completes Document Screening and Interviews Within a Single Day

AtHome is set to begin its regular recruitment for the first half of the year as it prepares to make a full-scale entry into the global beauty market. Having established its growth foundation in Korea through the home appliance brand Minix and the beauty brand THOME, AtHome plans to accelerate its global expansion starting with this recruitment drive.


According to AtHome on January 12, this regular recruitment is being conducted under the title "10X Challenge: Seeking the Leaders of Global Growth!" The recruitment covers four categories: ▲ Global Beauty Content & Performance Marketing Leader (North America), ▲ Global Beauty Influencer Marketing Leader (North America), ▲ Global Beauty B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales Leader, and ▲ Global Beauty Online Merchandiser (Amazon, TikTok Shop).

For this "10X Challenge," AtHome has introduced the "1 Day Pass" process for the first time, in which both document screening and interviews are completed within 24 hours each. It takes only one business day to check the results of the document review, and all interviews are conducted within a single day, minimizing the time burden for experienced applicants.


Applications will be accepted from today until the 25th. In February, a second "10X Challenge" recruitment targeting global beauty marketing team members is scheduled, with further details to be announced later.


In November last year, AtHome completely revamped its recruitment platform to help applicants easily understand the company culture and core talent profile. The company has also introduced its corporate culture through the networking event "AtHome Inside Talk," where current marketers share stories of corporate growth and problem-solving experiences.


An AtHome representative stated, "We plan to further enhance our applicant-friendly recruitment process and expand our connections with talents who can join us in achieving rapid growth."
