Stray Kids took home the grand prize in the album category, while G-Dragon received the grand prize in the digital music category. Jennie was awarded the newly established Artist of the Year grand prize.

Stray Kids, who won the grand prize in the album category, received their first grand prize seven years after winning the Rookie of the Year award at the 33rd ceremony in 2019. G-Dragon won the grand prize in the digital music category with "HOME SWEET HOME," the title track from his third full-length album "?bermensch." This marks his first grand prize as a solo artist since winning the main digital music award at the 27th ceremony in 2013. G-Dragon claimed three awards in total: the grand prize and main award in the digital music category, as well as the main album award.

Jennie, the inaugural winner of the newly established Artist of the Year grand prize, was recognized for her achievements with her solo album "Ruby" and its title track "like JENNIE." Jennie also won the main digital music award both as a solo artist and as a member of BLACKPINK for the hit "JUMP," and took home a total of four trophies, including the Global Impact Award with PRISM.
