N-Job Crew is Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance's newly established planner group, designed to allow individuals to participate freely according to their own schedules, without concerns about time, location, or sales performance. By operating online, the company has made it easier for various multi-jobbers, such as office workers and freelancers, to participate as insurance planners.

N-Job Crew reflects the characteristics of multi-jobbers, who have become a recent social trend, by offering the entire process-from applying for planner training and attending lectures, to registering as a Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance planner-entirely online, except for the General Insurance Association's qualification exam, which must be taken offline. By streamlining the procedures online, accessibility has been greatly enhanced.

To minimize any inconvenience that may arise during the remote training process, a dedicated mentor is assigned to provide close support, and the company also covers the qualification exam fee for planners.

Once registered as a Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance planner, N-Job Crew members can access the "MOVE" education platform and receive the same business content as exclusive planners.
