Yangsan City’s Sangshin EDP Donates 10 Million Won in Scholarships to Future Talent

Entire Support Fund Donated as Scholarship

The Yangsan City Human Resources Development Scholarship Foundation in South Gyeongsang Province (Chairman Lee Heejong) announced on January 9 that Sangshin EDP (CEO Kim Ilbu) had donated 10 million won in scholarships to the foundation.

Sangshin EDP, located in Sangbuk-myeon, Yangsan City, is a company that manufactures aluminum prismatic cans. Having created 52 new jobs in 2025, it was selected as an excellent job-creating company by Yangsan City. Accordingly, the entire 10 million won in support funds received from Yangsan City was donated as a scholarship.

CEO Kim Ilbu stated, "As a company, we simply fulfilled our natural role in creating jobs. I am grateful to have been selected as an excellent company and to have received support funds, and I believe it is meaningful to return this to society. Although it is a small amount, I hope it will be used for the future education of young people."

Chairman Lee Heejong said, "I would like to express my deep gratitude to Sangshin EDP for not only running the company excellently but also taking an interest in nurturing local talent. The donated scholarship funds will be used with care for students in need."
