Mirae Asset Global Investments announced on January 9 that it will hold a customer appreciation event to celebrate achieving 100 trillion won in net assets for its TIGER ETF.

This event was organized to commemorate the fastest achievement of 100 trillion won in net assets in the history of domestic ETF brands, and to thank investors for their trust and support over the past 20 years with TIGER ETF.

Since its launch in 2006, TIGER ETF has grown into the most popular brand among individual investors. The share of assets under management (AUM) held by individual investors stands at about 40%, and since November 2021, TIGER ETF has ranked first in individual investor market share for 50 consecutive months as of the end of each month. Recently, its official YouTube channel, 'Smart Tiger,' became the first in the asset management industry to surpass 500,000 subscribers, actively engaging with investors.

The event will focus on the flagship index ETFs that have driven the growth of TIGER ETF based on the continued support of investors. Until February 8, customers who purchase a combined total of 100 or more shares among TIGER 200, TIGER KOSDAQ150, TIGER US S&P500, and TIGER US NASDAQ100 will be entered into a draw to win various prizes, including a HanaTour travel voucher, an iPad Pro, and a Four Seasons Hotel accommodation voucher.

A 'writing contest event' will also be held to share the brand philosophy and journey of TIGER ETF with investors. Among participants who post a three-line acrostic poem using 'Tiger' and a congratulatory message for the 100 trillion won milestone of TIGER ETF on their personal social media, 100 will be selected by lottery to receive a gifticon.
