"Wittily Explaining Sleep Time Through the Theory of Relativity"
On January 9, Ace Bed announced the release of Part 2 of its YouTube content series, 'Science Concert in a Strange Land,' featuring science creator Gwido and comedian Kim Wonhun.
This video serves as a preview of the time-themed universe featured in the upcoming Ace Bed TV commercial campaign, 'ACE in the Strange Land of Science,' scheduled to air in the first half of the year. Following Part 1, 'Dreams Are Quantum Mechanics,' which was released in November last year, Part 2 explores the theme 'Time Should Move Faster on the Bed,' examining the relationship between sleep and time from both scientific and entertainment perspectives.
In the video, Gwido and Kim Wonhun discuss how our perception of time changes depending on our sleep state, based on Einstein's theory of relativity. By referencing everyday experiences-such as feeling that a long time has passed after a short nap-they clearly explain how personal condition and sleep quality affect our sense of time. Gwido also explains, from a neuroscience perspective, how to create a bedroom environment conducive to deep sleep.
Recently, Ace Bed has been expanding customer engagement across various channels-including TV commercials, digital content, influencer collaborations, and offline concept zones-in order to communicate its brand message, 'Bed = Science,' more intuitively.
Both Part 1 and Part 2 of 'Science Concert in a Strange Land' are available on Ace Bed's official YouTube channel, Instagram, and other official social media platforms.
A company representative stated, "Through innovative formats like knowledge-based entertainment content, we plan to make sleep science more accessible and continuously broaden our points of contact with customers."
