According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major regions were as follows: Seoul -6.4°C, Incheon -4.5°C, Suwon -7.9°C, Chuncheon -11.9°C, Gangneung -1.7°C, Cheongju -7.0°C, Daejeon -6.8°C, Jeonju -4.6°C, Gwangju -4.2°C, Jeju 4.8°C, Daegu -3.9°C, Busan -2.8°C, Ulsan -4.9°C, and Changwon -3.0°C. Daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 3 to 10 degrees Celsius.

From the night, snow or rain is expected in the northeastern part of Gyeonggi Province and the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province. In central regions, except for the east coast of Gangwon Province, there may be less than 0.1 mm of raindrops or less than 0.1 cm of snow flurries until nighttime.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Wave heights are forecast to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea. In the offshore areas (within approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea.
