Emart Secures 425,206 Shares of Shinsegae Food in Public Tender Offer... Achieves 29% of Target

Shinsegae Food announced on the 7th that its largest shareholder, Emart, secured 425,206 shares (10.98%) in a public tender offer conducted from December 15 of last year to January 5.

This amount represents approximately 29% of the planned purchase volume of 1,467,319 shares. Emart purchased Shinsegae Food shares at 48,120 won per share. Following the public tender offer, Emart's stake increased from 55.47% to 66.45%.
