Rain or Snow in Eastern Gyeonggi and Inland/Mountainous Gangwon
Seoul Morning Low at Minus 1 Degree

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, tomorrow the entire country will see mostly cloudy skies with gradual clearing from the morning. The morning low will range from -5 to 3 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is forecast to be between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius.
On the morning of the 7th, the lowest temperatures will be -1 degree Celsius in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Ulsan; 0 degrees in Incheon and Changwon; 1 degree in Pohang and Ulsan; and 2 degrees in Busan, Yeosu, and Gangneung.
From tonight through tomorrow afternoon, rain or snow is expected in eastern Gyeonggi Province, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, North Chungcheong Province, eastern North Jeolla Province, and Jeju Island.
The expected snowfall (precipitation) on the 7th is as follows: around 1 cm (about 1 mm) in eastern Gyeonggi Province; around 1 cm (less than 1 mm) in inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province; less than 1 cm (less than 1 mm) in North Chungcheong Province and eastern North Jeolla Province. On Jeju Island, from the 6th to the 7th, 1 to 5 cm of snow is expected in the mountainous areas, and less than 5 mm of precipitation elsewhere on the island.
In the early morning tomorrow, light rain of less than 0.1 mm or snow flurries of less than 0.1 cm may occur in Seoul, Incheon, and western Gyeonggi Province. During the morning, similar conditions may be observed in South Chungcheong Province, western North Jeolla Province, and the inland western part of Gyeongsang Province.
Across most regions, strong winds with instantaneous speeds of around 55 km/h (15 m/s) are expected, so caution is advised for facility management and to prevent safety accidents.
Waves in the sea are expected to reach 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the South Sea.
In the offshore areas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are forecast to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
