BNK Busan Bank Launches Inclusive Financial Product for Youth Relocating to Busan

Up to 10 Million Won, Fixed Interest Rate of 2.65%

BNK Busan Bank (President Kim Seongju) has launched an inclusive financial product called "Come Back to Busan Port Youth Credit Loan" to support the stable settlement of young people who have relocated from the Seoul metropolitan area to Busan.

This product was introduced as a follow-up measure to the "Business Agreement to Support the Relocation of Youth from the Seoul Metropolitan Area to Busan," which was signed between Busan Bank and the Youth Foundation on December 4, 2025.

The loan is available to young employees aged 19 to 45 who, as of the application date, have moved from the Seoul metropolitan area to Busan and found employment within the past six months. The total support limit is 10 billion won, with a maximum loan amount of up to 10 million won per person.

The product offers a fixed annual interest rate of 2.65% for three years after issuance, and prepayment fees are waived to reduce the financial burden on young borrowers.

The entire process-from application and review to disbursement-is conducted non-face-to-face through the mobile banking app. Residency transfer history, employment status, and income requirements are automatically reviewed using public MyData and non-face-to-face document verification.
