Kwon Wonkang, Chairman of Kyochon F&B, emphasized the importance of adhering to the basics and fostering unity among executives and employees in his New Year's address.

Kyochon F&B, the operator of Kyochon Chicken, announced that it held a New Year's kick-off ceremony for the Year of the Fire Horse on January 6, 2026, at the Grand Staircase of the Kyochon Group Pangyo Office.

Chairman Kwon stated, "The boundaries of the franchise industry are breaking down, and as global interest in K-food grows, the pace of change in the market-driven by IT and automation systems-is accelerating even further."

He continued, "It is time for each of us to accurately recognize the flow of change in our respective positions and to conduct self-assessment," stressing the need to avoid complacency and to thoroughly prepare for the future. He also pointed out that product competitiveness cannot be maintained without ongoing evaluation and improvement, highlighting the necessity of continuous effort.

Finally, he reflected on the company's 35-year management journey, expressing his trust in the crisis-resilience DNA and execution capabilities of Kyochon's employees who have overcome numerous challenges together. He encouraged the staff by saying, "In 2026, I hope that all employees and franchise families nationwide will unite as one and make this a year of great progress."
