Goyang Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Donghwan) announced on January 6 that it will discontinue the operation of the Goyang Multi-Child e-Card app as of December 17, 2025, and integrate its services into the 'Gyeonggi Tok D' app, a customized administrative platform for Gyeonggi Province.
This integration is aimed at making it more convenient for multi-child families to access welfare benefits. While maintaining the existing functions of the Goyang Multi-Child e-Card, the new system allows users to access a wider range of multi-child and daily life services provided throughout Gyeonggi Province within a single app.
Current users of the Goyang Multi-Child e-Card can continue to enjoy the same benefits in mobile card form without a physical card, simply by installing the 'Gyeonggi Tok D' app and adding the resident card.
'Gyeonggi Tok D' is a platform that not only offers the multi-child card function but also integrates various resident services and administrative information, significantly improving user convenience.
A city official stated, "Through this integration, multi-child families will be able to enjoy broader benefits beyond regional boundaries," adding, "We will continue to implement policies that alleviate the living burden of multi-child families and provide practical support."
For details on issuance and usage, please refer to the Goyang City Hall website or the 'Gyeonggi Tok D' app.
