KCC Glass announced on January 6 that its interior specialty brand Homcc's ceramic tiles, applied to the officetel 'LUCA831', have received an award at the 'Emilgroup Project Awards 2025'.

LUCA831 is a premium residential and office complex located on Dosan-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The 'Tinta Unita White' design product from Sensstone Ultra was applied to the exterior facade, covering 34,000 square meters. It has been praised for enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the building by contributing to its modern and grand exterior appearance.

Sensstone Ultra is a premium ceramic tile imported entirely from Italy by KCC Glass Homcc. Known as a 'big slab' due to its extra-large size of 1.6 x 3.2 meters, it stands out for its realistic textures that emulate natural marble and concrete. Its excellent durability allows it to be used in a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, including floors, art walls, and building exteriors. It has also received food equipment material certification from the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) in the United States, making it suitable for use as kitchen countertops.

A KCC Glass representative stated, "With this award, our technical and design competitiveness has been recognized in the global tile market, further strengthening the position of KCC Glass Homcc in the premium construction materials market."
