Dongwon Development is introducing 'The Park Vista Dongwon' through the first private park special project in western Busan.
'The Park Vista Dongwon' consists of 10 buildings ranging from 5 basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 852 residential units. All units are designed with a highly preferred exclusive area of 84 square meters, catering to real demand. The 84T square meter units feature an open terrace special design, allowing residents to enjoy unobstructed views and the natural surroundings of Sasang Park up close.
Sasang Park, located right next to the complex, is part of a park project jointly developed with Busan Metropolitan City and spans a site area of 623,118 square meters (approximately 187,000 pyeong). This is equivalent to about 90 soccer fields in size and will be developed with three themes: 'Punggyeong Nuri' for connecting with nature, 'Hwallyeok Nuri' as a nature regeneration space, and 'Mujigae Nuri' as a natural cultural space.
With both the city of Busan and the private sector investing substantial funds, the development plan is being actively pursued. The park will feature various facilities such as a forest experience education center, a playground for pets, and walking trails. In this way, Sasang Park will be developed as a multi-purpose space that goes beyond a simple green area, combining culture, relaxation, and experiences to offer residents a differentiated living environment.
'The Park Vista Dongwon' is located with Baekyang Mountain at its back and facing the Nakdong River, embodying the ideal 'mountain at the back, water at the front' site. Gamjeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2 is within walking distance, and Sasang Station, which connects Busan Subway Line 2, the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit, and the Gyeongbu Line, as well as the Busan West Bus Terminal and Gimhae International Airport, are also nearby.
Large-scale transportation network developments are actively underway around the complex, including the planned Bujeon-Masan double-track railway, the planned Sasang-Haeundae underground expressway, the planned Sasang-Hadan urban railway, the planned road between Bukbusan Tax Office and Baekyang-ro, the planned Eomgung Bridge, and the planned Daejeo Bridge. This is expected to further improve the transportation environment in the future.
Attention is also being drawn to the 'Gwaenae Village-Sasang Park Pedestrian Environment Improvement Project,' which Busan Metropolitan City began in January this year. Scheduled for completion in 2026, this project will install an elevated walkway, dedicated overpass, and elevators, greatly enhancing access from the complex to Sasang Station on the urban railway, the Busan West Bus Terminal, and the planned Bujeon-Masan double-track railway.
For educational facilities, Gamjeon Elementary School and Jugam Middle School are located nearby. In addition, within a 2-kilometer radius, there are various lifestyle amenities such as Homeplus, Emart, Megabox, the Sasang Station commercial district, Sasang District Office, Busan Veterans Hospital, and Good Samsun Hospital.
