On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, Ivezary has declared its ambition to become the world’s leading total sleep care company.


On January 6, CEO Yoon Jongwoong stated in his New Year’s address, “This year’s slogan is ‘Restart: A New Beginning, Returning to Our Roots,’ and we have established three major strategic initiatives to realize this vision. The year 2026 will mark Ivezary’s transformation from a bedding manufacturer into the world’s top total sleep care company.”


He added, “We believe that sustainable growth for the future is, above all, driven by people. We will embark on a second leap forward, focusing on innovations in customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) as core priorities.”

The three major strategic initiatives set by Ivezary for this year are: ▲ Enhancing customer touchpoints through seamless commerce ▲ Expanding the development of customized products with customer participation ▲ Accelerating the spread of successful partner management.


First, the company will introduce a new networking channel that directly connects dealerships and customers. Customers will be able to make purchases online and freely access consulting and pickup services at nearby dealerships. A new experiential store model, centered on consulting, is also set to be unveiled.


In addition, Ivezary will expand the development of customized products that enhance customer value by introducing a ‘prosumer system,’ in which customers validate products before their official launch. This system will collect and reflect customer data and feedback through funding programs and pre-sales at directly operated stores. The company also plans to launch a hyper-personalized recommendation service that combines data from the Ivezary Sleep Environment Research Institute with artificial intelligence (AI) technology.


Ivezary will strengthen its qualification system to nurture dealership representatives nationwide as ‘Sleep Masters’ and professional sleep consultants. The company also intends to reinforce practical support systems that help employees balance work and family life, thereby realizing the management philosophy that happy members embody the true value of Ivezary.


To express gratitude for customer support, Ivezary will release a 50th anniversary edition and kick off the year with a large-scale customer appreciation festival.


CEO Yoon remarked, “For Ivezary, 2026 will be a year where ‘the succession of tradition’ and ‘innovative transformation’ coexist. Building on the achievements of the past 50 years, Ivezary’s next 50 years of innovation-centered on data, technology, and genuine care for people-will make sleep more beautiful and healthier for people around the world.”
