Korea National University of Cultural Heritage and Korea University Sejong Campus have joined forces to nurture future talent in the field of cultural heritage.


On January 6 at 2:00 p.m., Korea National University of Cultural Heritage will sign a "Business Agreement to Strengthen Academic and Educational Cooperation in the Field of Cultural Heritage" with Korea University Sejong Campus at Yuhyeondang on its campus in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. This partnership combines the cultural heritage expertise of Korea National University of Cultural Heritage with the information and communication technology (ICT) specialization of Korea University Sejong Campus. The aim is to foster professionals who will contribute to regional and national development through integrated education that bridges traditional culture and cutting-edge technology.


The main points of the agreement include ▲ student exchange and mutual credit recognition ▲ exchange of educational and research personnel ▲ sharing of academic materials and information. In particular, student exchange and credit recognition will be prioritized. Through this, students will have the opportunity to take specialized courses at both universities, allowing them to develop into well-rounded professionals with both humanities-based knowledge and digital practical skills.


A representative from Korea National University of Cultural Heritage stated, "This agreement goes beyond simple exchange and will serve as a cornerstone for nurturing future talent that will inherit and advance the value of our cultural heritage," adding, "By combining the strengths of both universities, we will create tangible synergy effects."
