This seminar has been organized by Bae, Kim & Lee's Labor Group, which includes advisors such as Ahn Kyungduk, former Minister of Employment and Labor.

Bae, Kim & Lee Law Offices stated, "With the revised Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, commonly referred to as the 'Yellow Envelope Act,' set to take effect on February 10, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor having released a draft of the interpretive guidelines on December 26 last year, there are still many questions and concerns at worksites. Therefore, we have prepared this seminar to clearly explain the contents of the Ministry's draft interpretive guidelines and the revised enforcement decree ahead of the law's implementation, and to present practical solutions."

The webinar will be divided into four sessions.
