He said, "Last year, despite an uncertain business environment, we achieved meaningful results such as annual orders exceeding 4 trillion won, a recovery in profitability, and a return to the black, all under the principle of prioritizing substance over form."

He added, "We also expect 2026 to present challenging business conditions. Let us focus our capabilities on areas where we can demonstrate competitiveness through selection and concentration."

For this year, the core management objectives are: △ strengthening profitability-oriented internal management, △ enhancing execution to translate order achievements into sales and actual results, and △ pursuing field-oriented management that places the highest priority on safety.

Dongbu Construction plans to connect order achievements to tangible results this year by selecting only projects that ensure profitability, managing costs, and further advancing process and project management. The company also intends to focus its capabilities on strengthening its safety management system with the goal of zero serious accidents and enhancing quality competitiveness.
