During the lecture, CEO Kim stated, "While traditional services have been about 'care' in a passive sense-responding to customers' needs-life curation is about proactively proposing and designing life's precious moments based on deep insights into our customers' lives. We aim to become a company that enhances the quality of time."

He also shared Boram Group's new business roadmap. CEO Kim explained that the company is expanding the scope of funeral services beyond large events such as funerals, weddings, and travel to include lifestyle-oriented services such as pet care, bio-jewelry, health supplements, and biotechnology.

In particular, he expressed his ambition for Boram Group to become a "platform company" that curates all the services customers need from birth to their final moments, through strategic partnerships (MOUs) with various industries such as legal, tax, education, and healthcare.

Recently, Boram Group partnered with Myongji University Future Education Center to launch a new "Funeral Industry Management" major, taking the lead in nurturing professionals for the funeral service industry.

CEO Kim said, "The future of the funeral service industry must be to become a companion throughout the entirety of customers' lives. We will continue to strengthen the industry's expertise and deliver genuine brand value through ongoing collaboration with academia."
