This camp is a joint convergence education program involving five universities: Hallym University, Kyungpook National University, Dongguk University, Jeonju University, and Hannam University. Approximately 120 students, faculty, and project group members will participate. The participating students will use the region as a learning field, exploring local issues from a humanities and social sciences perspective and expanding these into creative solutions.

During the camp, students will gain a multifaceted understanding of the region's culture, history, and social structure through joint curriculum lectures by faculty from each university. They will also attend extracurricular lectures by experts in regional culture, tourism, and social innovation, and participate in field exploration programs of Chuncheon's local resources. In addition, special lectures in collaboration with generative AI companies and the "AI x HUSS Education Innovation Forum" will provide opportunities to discuss the direction of convergence education between the humanities, social sciences, and technology.

Kim Minho, head of the Hallym University Humanities and Social Sciences Convergence Talent Development Project Group, stated, "This winter convergence camp will serve as an opportunity to spread a hands-on convergence education model based on inter-university cooperation and regional engagement. We hope it will enable students to newly discover the value of the region and become convergence talents in the humanities and social sciences who will lead future society."
