Disney+ to Release New Thriller "Bloody Flower" Next Month

A Serial Killer Who Saves Lives

Disney+ announced on January 5 that it will release its new original series "Bloody Flower" on February 4.

This mystery thriller tells the story of a serial killer who possesses the ability to cure incurable diseases but pays the price by committing murder. It highlights the ethical dilemmas faced by characters as the conflicting values of "murder" and "salvation" collide.

At the center of the story are Ryeoun, Sung Dongil, and Geum Saerok. Ryeoun plays Lee Woogyum, a serial killer with genius medical skills who blurs the line between good and evil. Sung Dongil takes on the role of Park Hanjun, a lawyer who must defend the killer to save his daughter suffering from an incurable disease. Geum Saerok appears as Cha Iyeon, a privileged prosecutor determined to prove her worth by seeking the death penalty for the killer.

The series consists of a total of eight episodes and will be released two episodes at a time each week starting February 4.
