Guri City Appoints 45 Instructors for Women's Happiness Center, Launches 75 Courses

The Women's Happiness Center selected a total of 45 instructors for 75 courses across five fields through an instructor recruitment notice issued in October of last year. In 2026, the center plans to offer a total of 75 courses, including five new programs: native English conversation, practical woodworking (wood carving), artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as ChatGPT, Level 2 organizing and storage specialist certification, and kimchi and seasonal side dish making.

At the appointment ceremony, the newly appointed instructors for 2026 participated in gender equality education and personal information protection training. The event also provided an opportunity to share reference materials and various opinions for the operation of the Women's Happiness Center education programs.

Mayor Baek Kyunghyun stated, "The instructors appointed this time are individuals with extensive experience and expertise in their respective fields, and I expect they will greatly contribute to enhancing the capabilities of the Women's Happiness Center students. I hope you will strive to provide high-quality education throughout 2026."

Meanwhile, the Guri Women's Happiness Center will operate the first session of its 2026 education program, consisting of 75 subjects, from January 5 to April 22, targeting approximately 1,200 students.
