Monami Recruits 9th Generation of Brand Supporters for "Pen Club"

15 Members to Be Selected
Applications Open Until January 25

On January 5, Monami announced that it is recruiting the 9th generation of brand supporters, the "Monami Pen Club."


The Pen Club is a supporter program where fans who love Monami pens gather to directly experience new and limited-edition products, as well as various attractions at offline stores, and create promotional content. Unlike the previous group, which had 153 participants, the newly revamped 9th generation will select a small group of 15 members.


The activities are divided into individual and team missions. For the individual mission, participants will upload review content about new and key products to their own social media accounts. The team mission involves collaborating to create short-form content, with the results announced at the end of the activity period in May.

Selected members will receive various benefits, including a 40% discount on Monami products at offline stores, a free Ink Lab experience at the Monami Store (including one companion), a complimentary engraving service for premium pens, and a welcome gift. Monami will also select outstanding participants or teams based on the results of the individual and team missions, awarding additional rewards or prize money.


Anyone interested in Monami can participate. Applications can be submitted via the Google Form accessible through the QR code at the top of the recruitment poster for about three weeks, until January 25. Previous participants are also eligible to reapply. Those selected will participate in Pen Club activities for approximately four months, from February 5 to May 28.


A Monami representative stated, "This Pen Club stands out for its increased engagement with consumers compared to previous groups," adding, "We hope that through the 9th generation activities, Monami's brand experience will be further enriched and spread through content that reflects the participants' tastes and sensibilities."
