"Doing Our Best to Enhance Public Convenience Through AI Transformation"
On January 5, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation announced that it has established an "Artificial Intelligence Transformation (AX) Strategy" aimed at innovating public services and enhancing work efficiency through artificial intelligence (AI), and has prepared a five-year roadmap for its implementation.
This strategy further advances the existing digital and data-driven transformation approach in line with the government's AI transformation policy direction. Starting this year, the focus is on expanding the scope of application beyond internal work efficiency to include overall management and services for customers and the public.

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation plans to internalize AI utilization capabilities throughout the organization and establish a data-driven intelligent decision-making system, thereby presenting an AX innovation model for public institutions. To this end, the corporation has established an enterprise-wide AX governance system that covers all areas, including organization, security, risk, and performance management, and has prepared a phased roadmap to secure AI infrastructure.
In addition, the corporation will select pilot projects with high potential for work application, such as personalized product recommendations utilizing customer information and a legal assistant based on bond management regulations, to assess their effectiveness and boost employees' willingness to implement them. Furthermore, it plans to actively foster an AI co-prosperity ecosystem in which small and medium-sized enterprises and the public participate together, by strengthening tailored financial support and consulting for AX-related companies and concurrently carrying out education and promotional initiatives for digitally marginalized groups.
Park Jusun, Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and Executive Director of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, stated, "This strategy is more than just about improving work efficiency; it is a blueprint that establishes a systematic foundation for artificial intelligence transformation and reflects our management strategy to grow together with small and medium-sized enterprises and the public. As a public institution, we will continue to lead the AI transformation and do our utmost to enhance public convenience."
