Incross Changes Largest Shareholder to SK Networks... "Creating Synergy in Advertising, Commerce, and AI"

Incross stated that, following the completion of all procedures related to the share purchase agreement signed between SK Square and SK Networks in October of last year, SK Networks became its largest shareholder as of January 2. With this, Incross begins its 2026 operations under a new governance structure as a subsidiary of SK Networks.

This restructuring of the governance system is expected to serve as more than just a change in ownership structure; it is anticipated to provide Incross with new growth momentum and an opportunity to take a significant leap forward. Incross, having strengthened its expertise in commerce and provided integrated advertising services covering both online and offline channels in a rapidly changing market environment, plans to generate remarkable results in 2026 by leveraging synergies with its new major shareholder.

Incross has presented two key strategies following the change in its largest shareholder. First, by combining SK Networks’ diverse B2C business infrastructure with Incross’s advertising and commerce capabilities, the company aims to expand its customer coverage. Additionally, by utilizing SK Networks’ extensive consumer touchpoints, Incross plans to deliver multidimensional marketing solutions that cross both online and offline boundaries, thereby maximizing advertiser satisfaction.

Furthermore, the company intends to accelerate innovation based on AI technology to dramatically enhance the competitiveness of its advertising and commerce businesses. Incross will focus on advancing its solutions, including its proprietary AI-based content marketing platform, Stellaize. The scope of AI technology application will also be expanded company-wide. In addition to business areas such as campaign operation automation, AI will be actively introduced into management and internal work processes, improving operational efficiency and achieving differentiated outcomes.

Son Yoonjung, CEO of Incross, stated, "This change in our largest shareholder is a meaningful opportunity for Incross to secure unrivaled competitiveness in the advertising and commerce industry together with SK Networks, which possesses both technological capabilities and infrastructure." She emphasized, "2026 will be the first year of a new leap forward, as we realize AI-driven technological innovation and business synergy based on close cooperation between the two companies, thereby further enhancing corporate value."
