The controversy surrounding comedian Park Narae is intensifying as former managers have raised new allegations. This time, claims have been filed with the labor authorities that an inappropriate incident that occurred inside a moving vehicle constitutes "workplace harassment."

According to a report by Channel A on January 2, Park Narae's former managers submitted a petition to the Gangnam branch of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office on the 18th of last month. The petition alleges that while traveling for work, Park Narae engaged in private behavior with a male companion inside the vehicle, causing psychological harm to the managers who were on duty.

The former managers claimed that, since they were seated in the driver's and front passenger seats while the vehicle was in motion, they could not leave or avoid the situation due to the confined nature of the car. They emphasized that, despite this, a person in a position of authority forced them to witness and hear an unwanted situation, arguing that this was not merely a private matter but amounted to workplace harassment through the abuse of superior status.

It has also been reported that the petition raised safety concerns. The claim states that Park Narae continued her behavior in the back seat and repeatedly touched the driver's seat, creating a dangerous moment that nearly led to a traffic accident.

The Labor Office plans to summon the former managers this month to verify the facts regarding this matter. So far, Park Narae has not made any official statement about the allegations.

The conflict between Park Narae and her former managers has already escalated into legal disputes. The former managers have filed civil and criminal actions, alleging workplace harassment and various illegal acts, while Park Narae has filed a counterclaim against the former managers for blackmail and embezzlement. The related cases are currently under investigation by the police and judicial authorities.

Since the controversy erupted, Park Narae has suspended her broadcasting activities and stepped down from the programs she was appearing in. She previously stated, "I am proceeding with legal procedures to verify the facts," and added, "I will refrain from making further comments."
