Ewon Comfortech to Acquire Additional Liminatus Pharma Shares for 3.9 Billion KRW

Ewon Comfortech, a company specializing in automotive seats and listed on KOSDAQ, announced on January 2 that it will acquire an additional 4,373,603 shares of the bio-pharmaceutical company Liminatus Pharma for approximately 3.9 billion KRW.

After the share acquisition, its ownership stake will increase to 20.68%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is December 31, 2025.

Ewon Comfortech explained that the purpose of this share acquisition is "to secure liquidity for shares issued by overseas companies held by the company and to enhance the value of its shares."
