In his New Year's address to employees on January 2, CEO Nam stated, "We are developing new games based on major global intellectual properties (IP) such as 'Dowonamgwi' and 'Gachi Akuta.'" He added, "We are also putting great effort into preparing the AAA-class MMORPG 'Project ES.' With solid gameplay that fully incorporates the hard-earned lessons of the past, we are confident that we will establish a powerful IP that delivers profound enjoyment to game fans worldwide."

CEO Nam reflected that last year, amid intensifying competition in the gaming market and rapid changes across the industry, he focused on laying the foundation for sustainable growth.

He further explained, "Core IPs such as 'Summoners War' and our baseball game lineup continue to demonstrate strong competitiveness. In addition, we have steadily prepared for future growth by developing new titles based on global IP, expanding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and conducting research and development into new platforms and business models."

He said, "Because innovation in technology will not stop, we must continue our efforts to prepare for the AI era and seek new business opportunities. I will do my utmost to provide clearer direction and a more stable environment so that all of you can take on challenges with a sense of responsibility."
