Expanding Fan Engagement Through Jointly Planned Content
SOOP announced on January 2 that it has signed a two-year live streaming contract with the esports team KT Rolster, effective from this year through next year.
Under this agreement, KT Rolster players will broadcast directly through both their official and personal accounts on the SOOP platform. The two parties will continue their collaboration through jointly planned content, expanding opportunities for fan engagement. They also plan to establish a collaborative structure that enables stable operation of player-driven content, moving beyond one-off events.
A SOOP representative stated, "We have further strengthened the content ecosystem centered on esports teams," adding, "We will create an environment where fans can interact more closely with players through broadcasts in which the players themselves participate, as well as through jointly planned content."
