The Gangwon Cultural Foundation (CEO Shin Hyunsang) will provide support for inputting data into the National Culture and Arts Support System (NCAS) for artists who experience difficulties in applying for cultural and arts support programs online.

The foundation currently accepts applications for various cultural and arts support programs online. However, to enhance convenience for artists who have difficulty using digital environments, such as the elderly, the foundation will offer in-person support.

This service will be available in Chuncheon, Wonju, and Gangneung: in Chuncheon, it will be held at the Gangwon Cultural Foundation meeting room from January 13 to 22; in Wonju, at the Namsangol Culture Center from January 15 to 22; and in Gangneung, at the Myeongju Art Square from January 15 to 22.

The program operates on a reservation basis, and reservations can be made by phone starting January 2. Reservations should be made through the Arts Support Team of the Gangwon Cultural Foundation. Users must bring all required documents for the support program when visiting. To ensure smooth operation, each person may use the service for up to one hour and thirty minutes per session.

Meanwhile, the foundation will assist with the process of entering information into the application system and uploading the required documents on site, but will not provide guidance or consultation on how to complete the application form itself.
