On January 2, Park Soonho, Chairman of Sejung Group, delivered a New Year's address stating, "2026 will be a year of accelerating growth based on AI innovation and the strengthening of core competencies."

Sejung Group is a fashion company that operates the men's clothing brand 'Indian', the domestic select shop 'Wellmade', the women's clothing brand 'Olivia Lauren', and the jewelry brand 'Didier Dubot'. This year marks the 52nd anniversary of its founding.

Chairman Park said, "Last year was a 'year of major innovation in our business portfolio,' during which we laid the foundation for sustainable growth," and emphasized, "This year, it is time to respond proactively to changes in the consumer environment and advancements in AI, and to enhance all aspects of our work, from product planning and production to distribution, marketing, and customer service."

To this end, he presented four key strategies for the group: ▲Innovating work processes through the use of AI ▲Strengthening profit-focused selection and concentration ▲Achieving results through highly effective organizational operations ▲Fostering mutual growth of the company and individuals through voluntary challenges and self-development.

Chairman Park urged that, beyond simple product competition, the company should review its standards for product planning and overall brand management to align with consumer preferences that emphasize experience and value, and, if necessary, strengthen competitiveness through bold business restructuring.

He went on to say, "The management environment going forward will change at a different pace and in different ways than before," encouraging employees by adding, "I hope that, rather than resting on the laurels of past successes, all members of Sejung Group will combine their wisdom, passion, and action to turn the waves of change into opportunities and pioneer new paths in the coming year."
