This camp is based on the educational model of the prestigious St. John's College in the United States. Rather than simply acquiring knowledge, the program focuses on reading classics (Great Books) and learning to think independently through questions and discussions.

The winter camp will run from January 26 to February 12. Notably, for the English-language program targeting high school and university students, faculty from St. John's College in the United States will conduct classes remotely, providing a global-level discussion environment. The Korean-language program will be led by professors from domestic universities such as Hallym University, Kangwon National University, and Incheon National University, who will serve as tutors and guide in-depth seminars on the classics.

The camp is open to students ranging from elementary school to university, with each course limited to a maximum of 15 participants, ensuring intensive discussion in a small-group setting.

Applications will be accepted from January 2 to January 16. Detailed schedules and application procedures can be found in the promotional materials and information leaflets distributed to schools throughout Chuncheon.

A Chuncheon City official stated, "This camp is a program where students can develop the ability to think and communicate independently through reading and discussing the classics," adding, "We will continue to foster tutors and enhance the curriculum to establish the Great Books program as Chuncheon's leading educational model."
