Uniwon Communications Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Jigwang, hereinafter "Uniwon") has filed a patent application for its "AI-based Bid Document Analysis and Proposal Auto-Generation Technology" (Application No.: 10-2025-0194883).
The newly filed technology is a system in which AI automatically performs the entire process of bid document analysis, strategy design, and proposal generation-core activities in the bidding and proposal market. The system features a multi-stage analysis of tasks, requirements, and evaluation criteria included in bid documents to derive itemized strategies, and applies an algorithm to verify the suitability and completeness of each strategy.
Uniwon is a knowledge service-based planning company that has organized large-scale international conferences, exhibitions, and festivals both domestically and abroad. The company operates in an environment that requires extensive document analysis and strategy design across all planning work. To go beyond the limitations of existing AI technologies, Uniwon began developing its own technology to automate strategy design, verification, and mapping focused on actionable items. After approximately eight months of development, the company completed this system. The technology is designed to ensure consistency and reproducibility in proposal quality by generating strategies with the same structure for every item.
Uniwon has named this technology its in-house AI system "SAMANTHA" and is prioritizing its application to internal work processes. The system is being utilized in actual bidding and proposal work, automating the strategy design and verification process. This not only reduces the workload for planners but also enhances the competitiveness of proposals.
Oh Sooha, Head of Strategic Planning and the lead developer of SAMANTHA, stated, "This technology goes beyond simple document summarization or drafting. It can actually design and verify bid strategies and derive supporting evidence, which is highly significant. We expect it will set a new standard for planning work methods required in the AI era."
The technology is currently being used within Uniwon's internal systems, and the company is considering expanding the service to the bid and proposal writing market, the public and private MICE sectors, and project consulting, by leveraging accumulated data and further advancing its algorithms in the future.
