R&D Center Upgraded to Division to Drive Product Quality Innovation
Dessert cafe Twosome Place has appointed CEO Moon Youngju as Chairman and implemented an organizational restructuring.
On December 31, Twosome Place announced that it had conducted its regular executive appointments, which included promoting President Moon Youngju to Chairman. In this round of appointments, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Kim Shinyoung was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice President, and will also serve as Head of the Global Business Division. Jang Sehyun, who previously served as Head of Strategic Planning, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Twosome Place also carried out an organizational restructuring. To strengthen responsible management for product quality innovation and store quality control, the existing Research and Development (R&D) Center has been upgraded to the R&D Division, with Yoon Soyoung promoted to Executive Director. In addition, Kim Hansung, who has overseen store operations and expansion, was promoted to Head of the Sales Division and plans to further enhance on-site quality.
A Twosome Place representative explained, "These appointments are aimed at securing competitiveness for sustainable growth in the domestic cafe market, and at strengthening the global business expansion and multi-brand operating system that will be fully launched next year."
