Nine-Month Employment Period from January to October 2026
The Geumsan County Public Health Center in South Chungcheong Province has re-announced the open recruitment of two contract-based physicians to strengthen local healthcare services.
This open recruitment aims to address the shortage of physicians caused by the reduction in the assignment of public health doctors and to provide stable medical services to local residents.
The recruited physicians will work for nine months from January to October 2026, performing medical duties at the public health center and its branches. Their main responsibilities will include conducting pre-vaccination examinations, issuing medical certificates, and providing public healthcare services to local residents.
Applications will be accepted from December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026, at the Health Administration Team on the third floor of the Geumsan County Public Health Center. Detailed information on eligibility and required documents can be found on the websites of Geumsan County Office and the Geumsan County Public Health Center.
Gil Jina, the official in charge of health administration, stated, "The open recruitment of contract-based physicians is being promoted to minimize gaps in medical personnel," adding, "We will continue to pursue various measures to secure medical staff, including applying for next year's senior physician support program."
