Hana Financial Group announced on the 30th that it will provide 1,111 "Warmth Sharing Happiness Boxes" containing cold-weather supplies to households in vulnerable groups nationwide, including elderly people living alone and recipients of basic livelihood support, to help them cope with the winter cold wave.
This "Warmth Sharing Happiness Box" initiative was prepared to bring warmth to the daily lives of vulnerable groups who are struggling due to the cold wave.
Each "Warmth Sharing Happiness Box" contains winter supplies to help maintain body temperature, such as electric blankets, thermal underwear, and sleeping socks, as well as convenient meals like instant rice and instant soup. The carefully prepared happiness boxes will be delivered to 1,111 households of elderly people living alone and other vulnerable families nationwide.
A representative of Hana Financial Group stated, "The 'Warmth Sharing Happiness Box' was prepared to provide not only warm attention but also practical help to elderly people living alone and vulnerable households in our community so that they do not feel lonely," adding, "Hana Financial Group will continue to expand systematic inclusive finance efforts rather than limiting ourselves to one-time support."
Hana Financial Group continues to practice care and inclusion for vulnerable groups by establishing a year-round support system tailored to the seasons and circumstances, such as providing "Cool Summer Happiness Boxes" for elderly and disabled households vulnerable to heat waves and volunteering for "Housing Environment Improvement" activities to prepare for winter cold waves.
