Yoo Youngyong, the 2nd Standing Auditor, and Baek Namin, the 13th Standing Director of Gwangju Urban Corporation, took office on December 29. Standing Auditor Yoo, who has experience as a National Assembly member's aide and as an executive in a private organization, will be responsible for strengthening the corporation's audit functions, fairness, and transparency. Standing Director Baek, who previously served as Road Department Head of Gwangju City and Deputy District Head of Seo-gu Office, will focus on linking municipal administration with the corporation's major projects based on his administrative experience.
