'Smart Yangpyeong Talk Talk' is an integrated administrative service that offers a variety of features, including chatbot consultation, large waste disposal application, public service reservations, county government notifications, public goods purchasing, and electronic civil document issuance. Since its launch in October 2023, the number of users has surpassed 46,000, establishing it as a leading example of administrative innovation in Yangpyeong County.

According to the satisfaction survey, the 'public service reservation' and 'large waste disposal application' functions, which allow users to handle tasks without visiting in person or making phone calls, received high marks. On the other hand, the 'chatbot consultation' feature was identified as needing improvement due to insufficient guidance and limited information provided.

Based on the results of this survey, the county plans to further enhance the service’s features. In particular, in 2026, Yangpyeong County aims to upgrade the consultation function using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and, in cooperation with various departments, expand real-time life information such as flood risk area alerts and construction progress updates. The county also plans to continuously increase the range of reservation services that residents can directly benefit from.

Governor Jeon Jinseon stated, "We will continue to improve Smart Yangpyeong Talk Talk to make daily life more convenient for our residents," adding, "We are committed to leading digital administrative innovation that anyone can use easily and comfortably."

Meanwhile, Yangpyeong County plans to continue gathering residents’ opinions through various channels and actively reflect them in service improvements.
