Major Contract Signed with Doosan Enerbility
Sammi Metal hit the upper price limit on December 29. This surge appears to be driven by a combination of positive factors, including its transfer listing to KOSDAQ and the signing of a supply contract for large-scale nuclear power plant turbine blades with Doosan Enerbility.
As of 10:33 a.m. on the same day, Sammi Metal shares were trading at 13,230 won on the KOSDAQ market, up by the daily maximum increase of 29.96%. The stock price hit the upper limit immediately upon market opening.
Sammi Metal was transferred from KONEX to KOSDAQ on this day through a merger with IBKS No.22 SPAC. The merger ratio between Sammi Metal and IBKS No.22 SPAC is 1 to 0.5474952, and the merger price is 3,653 won.
On the same day, the company also announced that it had signed a contract with Doosan Enerbility to supply large turbine blades for nuclear power plants. This order applies to Hanul Unit 3, one of the four domestic nuclear power plants scheduled for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). The company stated that this order for Hanul Unit 3 increases the likelihood of securing additional orders, as other nuclear plants such as Hanul Unit 4 and Hanbit Units 3 and 4 are also approaching their respective maintenance periods.
