Group Purchase Achieves 20% Conversion Rate
Hwahae Global, the operator of the beauty platform Hwahae, announced on the 29th that it has officially launched its group purchase feature, the 'Creator Market'.
The Creator Market is a service where curators such as influencers and YouTubers offer exclusive Hwahae curated sets, called 'Only Hwahae', at the lowest possible price during the group purchase period. Curators can share links to their selected products on social networking services (SNS) and receive commissions based on their sales performance.
In particular, Hwahae supports curators by handling all aspects of commerce operations, including inventory management, customer service (CS), and shipping, so that curators can focus on content creation. The company also helps boost sales by featuring group purchase products on the main screen of the Hwahae app and in special promotional banners. Sales status can be checked in real time through the settlement system.
The group purchase of 'Only Hwahae X Yeonju Gyeolhouse Skin Barrier Jojoba Oil' by influencer 'Yeonju', held from December 4 to 5, recorded a purchase conversion rate of 20.34%, receiving a strong response.
