The Daejeon TV special feature content "Days Like This Happen While Living," which explores the city from the perspective of its citizens, has surpassed 2 million views, sparking not just surprise but also heightened expectations about the remarkable changes in Daejeon.
Following Season 1 of the Daejeon TV special feature content "Living in Daejeon," which introduced the city's unique charm and special policies as experienced in citizens' daily lives, Season 2, "Days Like This Happen While Living," has also become a mega hit.
This content focuses on vividly conveying the city's appeal and the pride citizens feel through their real-life experiences, and is characterized by its thorough coverage of Daejeon's impressive transformation from the citizens' point of view across various fields.
In fact, through YouTube videos, citizens have shared a variety of comments such as, "I never thought I would see the day Daejeon becomes a baseball-specialized city," "I never thought I would see the day Daejeon gets a tram," "I never thought I would see the day people take a day off work just to buy bread in Daejeon," and "I never thought I would see the day the Defense Acquisition Program Administration moves to Daejeon."
Since November, a total of 20 episodes have been released over two months, accumulating 2 million views and more than 400 supportive comments, demonstrating the ongoing surprise and anticipation regarding Daejeon's transformation.
Season 1, "Living in Daejeon," which ran for three months starting in July, has also surpassed 2 million cumulative views to date.
