Three Experts Explain Policy Changes in Talk Show Format

Seocho District in Seoul (Mayor Jeon Seongsu) will hold the '4th Visiting Reconstruction Policy Concert 2025' at 10 a.m. on December 30 in the main auditorium on the second floor of Seocho District Office.

This concert will focus on the theme of 'Implementation of Shintong Planning 2.0 and Resolving Questions.' With the implementation of the Shintong Planning 2.0 system in September and the announcement of Seoul City's measures to shorten the redevelopment project period, there have been ongoing changes in the redevelopment procedures. As a result, residents' questions and inquiries have increased, prompting the organization of this event.

The event will begin with an introduction to the changes in the Shintong Planning 2.0 system, followed by a reconstruction talk featuring three experts and local residents. Redevelopment experts will answer pre-submitted questions and explain the revised system and overall reconstruction policies.

Experts in redevelopment project management, legal affairs, and urban planning will participate in the reconstruction talk. These individuals have administrative and practical experience through their roles on architectural committees and advisory bodies for both Seoul City and Seocho District.

Since 2023, the district has continuously organized this event for residents interested in reconstruction, association executives, and landowners. This year marks the fourth event, and a talk show format has been introduced to strengthen two-way communication. Over 500 people have participated this year alone.
