"Character Shines as Bright as Her Skills Defeating the Great Wall"...Shin Yubin Donates 100 Million Won to Dangjin Shin Yubin is making a commemorative photo after donating 100 million won in donation for the "Hope Sharing Campaign Neighbor Helping" in Dangjin City. Dangjin City.

According to Management GNS on the 27th, Shin Yubin visited Dangjin City Gymnasium in Chungnam Province that day and delivered a donation of 100 million won to Dangjin City to help neighbors in need. Shin Yubin expressed her thoughts, saying, "I hope this warmth will be delivered well to neighbors who are struggling during the winter." Previously, in October last year, Shin Yubin donated 100 million won for neighbor assistance through Dangjin City and Suwon City. With this latest donation, she has contributed a total of 200 million won to the sharing campaign for two consecutive years.

This donation came right after her historic victory in the mixed doubles at the "WTT Finals Hong Kong 2025" recently held in Hong Kong. Together with Lim Jonghoon (28, Korea Exchange), she stunned the world by overcoming the so-called "Great Wall" of China twice, a feat considered nearly impossible. In the semifinals, they caused an upset by defeating China's Lin Shidong and Kuai Man, the world's No. 1 mixed doubles pair, 3-1. In the finals, they swept Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha (China)-the Paris Olympic gold medalists and a pair they had lost to six times before-by a score of 3-0, becoming the inaugural champions. Defeating China's top elite pairs in a single day to claim the title is a rare achievement in the history of Korean table tennis.

Starting with the donation of her first-ever salary, Shin Yubin has consistently given back to society by supporting youth athletes and covering medical expenses for pediatric patients, donating her prize money and advertising income each year. Her dedication to sharing shines as brightly as her skills, which have toppled world No. 1s, earning her praise and encouragement from both the sports community and the local community.
