According to the county on December 26, the evaluation comprehensively assessed the overall performance of the festival, including planning capabilities, content competitiveness, economic impact on the local community, visitor satisfaction, and safety management systems. The Jinan Red Ginseng Festival was recognized for its excellence across all evaluation criteria and was selected as the best festival.

The Jinan Red Ginseng Festival received high praise for establishing a differentiated festival model by organically linking experiences, exhibitions, sales, and cultural content centered on Jinan Red Ginseng, one of Korea's representative specialty products.

The festival also drew attention for its diverse programs that could be enjoyed by a wide range of generations and for its achievements in revitalizing the local economy through connections with local businesses. In addition, systematic safety management throughout the event, accident-free operation, friendly on-site service, and the creation of a pleasant event environment significantly increased visitor satisfaction.

A county official stated, "Being selected as the best festival this time is an achievement created together by the tourists and local residents who visited the festival," and added, "We will continue to do our best to promote the value of Jinan Red Ginseng and ensure that the festival grows as a leading wellness festival representing North Jeolla Province."
