According to the county on December 26, the selection process for Imsil Best Restaurants involved a first-round review of documents and hygiene/environmental standards, followed by a second-round on-site evaluation conducted by a judging panel composed of members of the Best Restaurant Selection Committee.

The evaluation covered a total of eight items, including taste of food, price appropriateness, hygiene management, friendliness and attire, historical significance of the establishment, and convenience of facilities.

The selected restaurants, known for their diverse flavors and traditions, will receive benefits such as plaques and certificates, inclusion in a best restaurant guidebook, and support for hygiene supplies.
