Discovering the "Proactive Leaders" Emphasized by Chairman Cho Hyunbum
Hankook & Company, the business-oriented holding company of Hankook & Company Group, announced on the 26th that it held the "2025 Hankook & Company Proactive Award" to share innovative cases from employees and executives around the world.
Since 2014, the "Proactive Award" has been held annually to recognize organizations and individuals who have achieved innovation through outstanding performance by naming them "Proactive Leaders." This event is a flagship in-house program designed to spread and advance the "Proactive Culture," which is a core part of Chairman Cho Hyunbum's management philosophy across the entire group.
This year's awards honored eight teams and individuals who achieved excellent results in a total of four categories: Innovation, Performance, Challenge, and Leadership.
