The sisterhood alliance was promoted to strengthen practical exchanges and cooperation between the two organizations based on mutual understanding and trust, thereby laying the foundation for the joint prosperity and development of the local community and the military.

The two organizations agreed to pursue effective collaboration in various areas, including: ▲ sharing information and conducting research activities such as seminars, training, and resource exchanges in maintenance and logistics fields ▲ enhancing connections between the northern Gyeonggi region and military-civilian cooperation in logistics support ▲ establishing a cooperative system for handling relevant civil complaints ▲ and providing support and cooperation in other mutually agreed-upon fields.

The sisterhood alliance ceremony took place at the Northern Gyeonggi Provincial Government Complex, where participants expressed expectations that this partnership would mark the beginning of a close partnership between the local community and the military. Gyeonggi Province is promoting the development of the defense industry as one of its strategies for balanced development in the northern region and considers the establishment of a practical cooperation model with the military to be of great importance.

Through this cooperation, not only is the expertise in maintenance and logistics expected to be enhanced, but also the exchange of information and personnel will be expanded. The military also plans to return its resources and capabilities to the local community, thereby establishing a new role for the military that coexists with the community.

The commander of the Army 1st Logistics Support Brigade stated, "Through this agreement, we will strengthen cooperation with the local community and realize a mutually beneficial structure in which civilians and the military work together."

Kim Sangsoo, Director of the Balanced Development Planning Office of Gyeonggi Province, said, "This sisterhood alliance is significant in that it has established a structure in which civilians and the military can work together to address the challenges of balanced development in northern Gyeonggi. We will combine the strengths of both organizations to develop this into a cooperative model where the region and the military grow together."
