Support Worth Nearly 300 Million Won Provided to 800 Students at Community Child Centers
Including Learning Content and Tablet PCs
Woori Bank announced that it has signed a business agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the nonprofit organization Together with Love to bridge the educational gap for youth from low-income and learning-vulnerable backgrounds and to expand "Seoul Run," the Seoul-style educational platform.
The signing ceremony, held on December 18 at Seosomun 2 Annex of Seoul City Hall, was attended by Cho Sehyung, Head of the Institutional Group at Woori Bank, Jung Jinwoo, Director of the Seoul Metropolitan Lifelong Education Bureau, Jung Yujin, CEO of Together with Love, and other key stakeholders.
Seoul Run is a flagship educational welfare program of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. It supports youth from underprivileged backgrounds in preparing for further education and career paths without relying on private tutoring, offering online lectures and one-on-one mentoring by university student mentors.

Through this agreement, Woori Bank will provide 270 million won in sponsorship funds and offer high-quality educational services to students attending community child centers. From January to June next year, a total of 800 students from fourth grade in elementary school to third grade in high school will receive access to learning content and educational tablet PCs.
This initiative is being promoted as a public-private partnership model, with the Seoul Metropolitan Government providing administrative support and publicity, Together with Love handling project planning and operations, and Woori Bank providing financial sponsorship. It is expected to enhance synergy in the field of educational welfare.
A Woori Bank official stated, "We hope this agreement will become a practical ladder of hope for children nurturing their dreams in challenging circumstances," adding, "We will continue to work with the local community so that young people, the next generation, can freely pursue their dreams."
