Ansan Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital Hosts Year-End Events for Patients

Ansan Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital has launched a special initiative to create memorable experiences for patients who are unable to fully enjoy the year-end season due to their treatments.

On December 24, Ansan Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital announced that it had held a “customer experience enhancement event” this month for inpatients and outpatients, including a “whipped cream cake making program.”

The hospital organized this event to provide psychological comfort and healing experiences for its patients. Under the guidance of a professional instructor, more than 20 inpatients and outpatients made whipped cream cakes, filling the hospital with a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Ansan Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital also hosted a “Christmas Tree Decorating Event” in which both patients and staff participated. This event, which began on December 8, involves decorating a Christmas tree together in the hospital lobby, with patients and their guardians delivering messages of gratitude to the medical staff and employees. Patients expressed their appreciation by hanging postcards addressed to hospital staff on the tree, which helped them regain a sense of emotional stability.

In addition, Ansan Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital plans to hold a “Healing Concert with Ansan Jaseng,” a musical event featuring performances by medical staff volunteering their talents.

One patient who took part in the event said, “I felt sad that I couldn’t go home for the year-end holidays, but these events allowed me to have a joyful time and brought me peace of mind.”
